Mobile commerce experiences get richer ????With apps like Amazon's Price Check, consumers are already using their mobile devices to find the best deal, and companies like Foursquare and Shopkick reward users with discounts just for walking into a store. Those experiences are translating to some massive growth: a 73% rise from $6.7 billion in sales this year to $11.6 billion next year. And as sales climb, we'll see deeper mobile experiences. Garter predicts newer features like the ability to add items to a virtual shopping cart simply by snapping a photo of them. |
