????中國政府近期持續(xù)對外國公司采取強(qiáng)硬手段，其最新目標(biāo)目前又多了梅賽德斯-奔馳（Mercedes-Benz）。

????該德國豪華汽車品牌的母公司戴姆勒（Daimler）表示，公司正在協(xié)助調(diào)查。但戴姆勒并未透露具體是哪個(gè)政府部門發(fā)起了此次調(diào)查。

????據(jù)中國本地媒體報(bào)道，本周一，反壟斷調(diào)查人員突擊查訪了梅賽德斯上海辦公室。

????中國媒體稱，突擊查訪的目標(biāo)是北京梅賽德斯-奔馳銷售服務(wù)有限公司（Beijing Mercedes-Benz Sales Service Co.）上海辦事處。該公司是由戴姆勒與北京汽車股份有限公司(BAIC Motor)共同出資組建的合資企業(yè)。

????最近幾周，中國政府發(fā)起了多起調(diào)查，調(diào)查范圍既包括微軟(Microsoft)等公司涉嫌觸犯反壟斷法的，也包括外國豪華汽車制造商的定價(jià)政策。

????政府對汽車制造商展開調(diào)查的背后伴隨著某些擔(dān)憂，比如擔(dān)心外國汽車制造商對消費(fèi)者收費(fèi)過高并且控制汽車配件的供應(yīng)，以達(dá)到控制中國市場和牟取暴利的目的。

????Chinese authorities have continued their crackdown on foreign firms. Their latest target? Mercedes-Benz.

????Daimler, the parent of the luxury German car brand, said it is assisting in the investigation, although the automaker declined to share details on which government department launched the inquiry.

????Local reports said that antitrust authorities raided the Mercedes Shanghai office on Monday.

????Chinese media said the target of the raid was the Shanghai offices of Beijing Mercedes-Benz Sales Service Co., a joint venture with Chinese company BAIC Motor.

????Chinese government officials have launched various probes in recent weeks, exploring both antitrust violations of companies such as Microsoftas well as the pricing policies of foreign luxury automakers.

????Officials are investigating automakers amid concerns that they are overcharging customers and controlling the supply of auto parts in order to dominate the Chinese market and earn exorbitant profits.

????Mercedes, which is China’s third most popular luxury car by market share, had reduced its prices by 15% for spare parts two days earlier to appease officials. Volkswagen and Tata Motors made similar price cuts for certain brands a week earlier.
