????He's one of the world's richest people and also one of the most quoted. And yet, the business media that hangs on his every word routinely gets his name wrong.

????It's Warren Buffett, with two "tt's". Use one t -- as so many do -- and it's "Buffet," which, you know, sounds like one of those all-you-can eat things.

????Warren 'Buffet' Watch captured 173 mess-ups since its launch in March (there were surely many more).

????Offenders included most major financial publications, broadcasters, the White House and Congress, the Omaha paper Buffett recently acquired, and universities. And yes, CNN -- and CNNMoney and Fortune -- made more than a few appearances. -- Lex Haris
